CCI Cathedral Theological Consortium

The CCI Cathedral Theological Consortium moved from concept to reality with agreement among several partner institutions to provide a network of learning environments. These learning environments and academic content arise out of a mutually affirmed commitment to equip and empower God’s people—lay and ordained—for dedication and service to the fulfillment of the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.

The Cathedral Theological Consortium accepts, affirms and advances the following key ideals in pursuing lifelong learning in theory and practice as articulated by the Christian Communion International:

•To be a catalyst for new vision and initiatives to complement the respective mission and goals of each of the consortium institutions.

•To identify various sources of gifts, grants and bequests to fund consortium initiatives.

•To facilitate lively dialogue and community among the respective consortium constituencies.

•To identify and explore faith issues that are evolving and finding expression in various cultural contexts.

•To support and encourage public discourse on religion and culture within the wider community.

The links provided on this page, while not exhaustive, are representative of the kinds of institutions that make up the Consortium. The goal of continuing to add partner institutions is to ensure a global cross-registration for students and to promote library cooperation and enhancement of current resource collections.
