Bishops provide general oversight to the Communion, and do so collegially. All major decisions are made in council. The Constitution & Canons of the Communion regulate and guide the process of decision-making. There is one international College of Bishops and all bishops in the Communion, regardless of their particular Province or Diocese, are seated in the College.
